About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and continuous improvement of our products. In this role, you will work closely with customers, designers, developers, and business teams to define product requirements and help deliver solutions that meet both business goals and user needs.

This position is suited to someone who can balance customer insight, business priorities, and product execution. You will play a central role in shaping product direction, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring product decisions are informed, practical, and outcome-oriented.

What You'll Do

• Work closely with customers to understand their needs, challenges, and expectations.
• Partner with designers, developers, and business teams to translate ideas into clear product requirements.
• Support the development and improvement of products through ongoing collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Help define product priorities based on business needs and user value.
• Communicate product goals, requirements, and decisions clearly to relevant stakeholders.
• Contribute to product planning and day-to-day coordination across teams involved in delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and improvement of products from requirements definition through delivery.
• Own and clarify product requirements to ensure teams are aligned on scope and objectives.
• Ensure product solutions address both user needs and business objectives.
• Coordinate effectively with customers, designers, developers, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Manage competing priorities and help drive progress across cross-functional teams.
• Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving to support sound product decisions.

Requirements

• Degree or HND in Business, IT, Management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of product development processes.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage priorities effectively.
• Ability to work successfully with cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading product development and improvement initiatives.
