About the Role

We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, attractive, and user-friendly digital experiences that support the delivery of high-quality products.

You will create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs, and you will work closely with developers and product teams throughout the design process. This position is well suited to someone who combines strong visual design ability with practical problem-solving skills and a clear understanding of user experience principles.

What You'll Do

• Design intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences for users.
• Create wireframes to communicate layout, structure, and user flows.
• Develop interactive prototypes to test and refine design concepts.
• Produce visual designs that align usability with aesthetic quality.
• Collaborate closely with developers to support accurate implementation of designs.
• Work with product teams to translate product needs into effective user interface and user experience solutions.
• Contribute ideas that improve usability, accessibility, and overall product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the design of user interfaces and user experiences across assigned digital products or features.
• Ensure designs are user-friendly, attractive, and aligned with product goals.
• Translate requirements and ideas into clear design deliverables, including wireframes, prototypes, and final visual assets.
• Maintain consistency across designs by applying sound UI/UX principles.
• Partner effectively with cross-functional teams to help deliver high-quality products.
• Use creative thinking and problem-solving to address design challenges and improve the user experience.

Requirements

• Degree or HND in Design, IT, or a related field.
• Experience with Figma or similar design tools.
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Strong creative and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing digital products in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with turning product requirements into user-centered design solutions.
• Ability to present and explain design decisions clearly to developers and product stakeholders.
• Awareness of usability best practices and user-centered design methods.
• Experience refining designs through iteration and feedback.
