Business Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will analyze business requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.

This position involves gathering requirements, analyzing data, preparing documentation, and supporting projects from planning through implementation. You will help ensure that business needs are clearly understood and translated into practical, well-defined solutions that support project success.

What You'll Do

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Review business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze data to support decision-making and solution development.
• Prepare clear documentation for requirements, processes, and project activities.
• Work closely with technical teams to clarify business needs and proposed solutions.
• Support projects throughout the lifecycle, from planning through implementation.
• Communicate findings, updates, and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the process of translating business requirements into clear, actionable solution documentation.
• Ensure stakeholder needs are accurately captured, organized, and communicated.
• Support the successful delivery of projects by maintaining alignment between business goals and technical execution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for process enhancement.
• Maintain accurate and well-structured documentation to support project planning and implementation.
• Collaborate across business and technical teams to help deliver effective and practical outcomes.

Requirements

• Degree or HND in Business Management, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into clear solutions.
• Experience or working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with business analysis tools is an advantage.
• Ability to prepare clear documentation and support project activities effectively.

• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and technical teams.
• Familiarity with process improvement or business process analysis.
