ML Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Machine Learning Engineer with a PhD in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, training, and deploying advanced machine learning models to solve complex real-world problems. You will contribute deep technical expertise across the machine learning lifecycle, from research and model development through production deployment, while helping translate challenging problem statements into practical, high-impact solutions.

What You'll Do

• Design advanced machine learning models for complex real-world use cases
• Develop machine learning systems and model architectures aligned with business and technical objectives
• Train machine learning models using appropriate data, methods, and evaluation approaches
• Deploy machine learning models into production or operational environments
• Apply machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data science knowledge to solve challenging problems
• Work across the end-to-end model development lifecycle, from experimentation to implementation

Key Responsibilities

• Own the design, development, training, and deployment of advanced machine learning models
• Deliver robust machine learning solutions that address complex real-world problems effectively
• Apply strong research and technical judgment to select suitable modeling approaches
• Ensure developed models are practical, scalable, and ready for real-world application
• Contribute subject-matter expertise in machine learning, artificial intelligence, computer science, and data science as needed by the team

Requirements

• PhD in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Experience as a Machine Learning Engineer
• Strong ability to design machine learning models for complex problem spaces
• Experience developing and training advanced machine learning models
• Experience deploying machine learning models into production or real-world environments
• Strong understanding of machine learning principles and applied artificial intelligence
• Ability to solve complex real-world problems using data-driven and model-based approaches

Nice to Have

• Experience working on applied machine learning problems in production settings
• Familiarity with the full machine learning lifecycle, including experimentation, validation, and deployment
• Strong background in translating research concepts into practical engineering solutions
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver machine learning solutions
