ML engineer

About the Role

We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will help design, develop, and improve artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions that support our products and services. You will contribute to practical, data-driven initiatives and work closely with team members to deliver reliable AI capabilities that align with business and product needs.

What You'll Do

• Develop AI and machine learning applications that address product and service requirements.
• Work with data to build intelligent solutions, including preparing inputs and supporting model development efforts.
• Collaborate with developers and other team members to implement, refine, and maintain AI-driven functionality.
• Test, evaluate, and improve AI models to support accuracy, reliability, and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain machine learning models for use in products, services, or internal solutions.
• Prepare, clean, and process data for training to ensure it is suitable for model development and evaluation.
• Integrate AI features into applications in coordination with engineering and product teams.
• Monitor model behavior and improve performance through testing, tuning, and iterative updates.
• Document development activities, including model-related work, implementation steps, and key technical decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Python and machine learning concepts, methods, and workflows.
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and an understanding of how they are used in model development.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with deep learning and related model development approaches.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and their use in supporting AI or machine learning workloads.
• Familiarity with Git and version control practices for collaborative development.
• Experience working with APIs and databases in support of application or model integration.
