Data Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help the organization make informed business decisions. You will work with data from multiple sources and turn it into clear, actionable insights that support day-to-day operations and broader business goals

The ideal candidate is comfortable working across teams to understand business requirements, identify trends and patterns, and communicate findings in a clear and practical way. You will also contribute to the creation of reports, dashboards, and visualizations that enable stakeholders to monitor performance and make data-driven decisions with confidence..

What You'll Do

• Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business insights.
• Build reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present data in a meaningful and accessible format.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and business objectives.
• Translate business questions into data analysis tasks and reporting outputs.
• Present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Review data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Support ongoing improvements to data collection, reporting workflows, and analysis processes.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SQL and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to collect, clean, and interpret data from multiple sources.
• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of Python or R.
• Experience creating business reports and performance dashboards.
• Familiarity with data cleaning and data validation practices.
