About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented Human Resources (HR) Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and initiatives that help maintain a positive workplace culture.f
This position is suited to someone who is organized, professional, and comfortable working across multiple HR processes while handling sensitive information with discretion. You will contribute to both day-to-day HR operations and employee-focused programs that support engagement, development, and compliance with company policies and employment regulations..
What You'll Do
- Support the recruitment and hiring process from role coordination through candidate communication and hiring activities.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation to help new hires transition smoothly into the organization.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation in an accurate, organized, and confidential manner.
- Assist with employee relations matters and support workplace initiatives that foster a positive work environment.
- Help administer performance management processes and related documentation.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee engagement and professional development programs.
- Monitor HR activities to help ensure alignment with company policies and employment regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the coordination of core HR administrative processes to ensure timely, accurate, and professional execution.
- Help maintain consistent and compliant HR documentation and employee records.
- Support hiring and onboarding outcomes that improve the employee experience from recruitment through orientation.
- Contribute to a positive workplace culture by assisting with employee relations and engagement initiatives.
- Provide dependable support for performance management cycles and related follow-up activities.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures that support organizational consistency and compliance.
- Handle confidential employee and company information with professionalism and sound judgment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Human Resources or a related role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting multiple HR functions within a generalist or specialist capacity.
- Familiarity with employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation processes.
